Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and should not be sent through Bathelle forms or email.

We use information to respond to requests, operate the storefront and journal, review maker or product submissions, prepare listings, process checkout handoffs, provide customer support, prevent abuse, maintain records, improve the site, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell submitted customer or maker information. We may share limited information with service providers that host the site, process payments, deliver email, store records, support fulfillment, or help operate the requested service, and when required by law or needed to protect rights, users, or systems.

Bathelle is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information about children through the website, maker tools, product forms, checkout notes, or email.

Bathelle uses reasonable operational safeguards and limits public-form collection to information needed to operate the storefront, journal, submissions, and support. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
